Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take on a dynamic support role at the executive level? Our client is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and personal support to their Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle all communications — emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Manage personal and financial tasks including budgeting, expense tracking, and banking matters
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support with light social media management
  • Apply strong business sense in negotiations, cost optimization, and operational matters
  • Maintain utmost discretion and professionalism at all times

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with O365, ChatGPT, and business tools
  • Basic understanding of finance, stocks, or cryptocurrency is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role, both written and spoken
