Manage all aspects of sea freight consolidation (LCL/FCL) for NEXAS under neutral operations, ensuring seamless service to forwarding partners through efficiency, compliance, and strategic carrier management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, plan and manage the daily LCL and FCL consolidation operations under NEXAS MBL.
Manage space allocation, container groupage, and route optimization.
Negotiate ocean freight rates and contracts with carriers and NVOCCs.
Supervise the documentation and compliance process for MBL/HBL issuance.
Ensure schedule reliability and cargo flow consistency across trade lanes.
Monitor team performance, operational KPIs, and cost efficiency.
Work with Customer Service and regional teams to ensure proactive updates and service delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Maritime Transport, Logistics, or related discipline.
5–7 years’ experience in ocean freight or consolidation management.
Deep understanding of shipping lines, NVOCC operations, and customs procedures.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven.
