Lead and manage all air freight consolidation operations at NEXAS, ensuring efficiency, neutrality, and service excellence. The role is responsible for carrier relationships, pricing, and ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective air freight handling for forwarder partners.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end air freight operations, including consolidation planning, MAWB issuance, and HAWB processing.
Manage rate negotiations with airlines and agents to secure competitive and reliable capacity.
Ensure compliance with IATA, customs, and documentation standards.
Supervise the air freight operations team and provide training and performance support.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure service accuracy and partner satisfaction.
Analyze performance data to improve transit time, cost control, and service quality.
Coordinate with the sea freight and hybrid routing teams for multimodal solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Air Cargo Operations, Air Freight Forwarding, Airline Cargo GSA etc.
Strong knowledge of airline operations, rate structures, and documentation.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in freight management systems and Microsoft Office.
