Our client, a leading organization in the freight and logistics sector, is looking for an Executive – Sales & Marketing to support business development efforts and build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for an energetic and motivated individual who is keen to develop a career in freight forwarding and logistics while contributing to sales growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
  • Assist in executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic logistics solutions
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Support account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Monitor basic market trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in client meetings and networking opportunities
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and brand-building activities
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination for service execution

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry
  • Basic understanding of air freight, sea freight, or logistics services is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a sales environment
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability
