Our client, a leading organization in the freight and logistics sector, is seeking a Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to support its business expansion and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with industry exposure who is passionate about driving sales, identifying new opportunities, and delivering customer-focused logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across air freight, sea freight, and logistics services
  • Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized logistics solutions
  • Assist in pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing sales deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure retention
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination for service execution
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
  • Good understanding of air freight, sea freight, and logistics solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
  • Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
  • Experience in handling quotations, pricing, and client coordination
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and professionalism
