Ensure efficient coordination and customer support for all ocean freight consolidations by managing bookings, documentation, and partner communications with accuracy and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Process LCL/FCL bookings and confirm space with carriers and agents.
Prepare HBL/MBL documentation and verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse, port, and operations teams for container movements.
Provide real-time shipment visibility and updates to partners.
Handle rate inquiries, billing coordination, and service-related issues.
Update DSR by ensuring timely data entry and accuracy.
Maintain positive relationships with forwarding partners and internal teams.
Experience & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sea freight customer service or documentation.
Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, organized, and service oriented.
