Deliver excellent customer service to forwarding partners by managing air freight bookings, documentation, and communication from pickup to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle booking requests and confirmations for air freight consolidations.
Prepare and verify shipment documentation (MAWB, HAWB, manifest, etc.).
Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and internal operations for smooth execution.
Provide proactive shipment status updates to forwarding partners.
Support rate quotations and routing inquiries in collaboration with sales/ops.
Manage service incidents, escalations, and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NEXAS service standards.
Experience & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Freight, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in air freight forwarding or customer service.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with air cargo documentation and systems.
Customer-focused, responsive, and detail-oriented.
