Our client is seeking a highly motivated Partner Channel Manager to develop, manage, and grow a network of partners that bring our cybersecurity and technology solutions to new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of channel partners, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators, Solution Distributors, and Telcos.
Develop and execute channel partner strategies to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
Assess partner potential and ensure opportunities are maximized to achieve sales and market penetration objectives.
Design and implement partner enablement programs, including training, incentives, and go to-market campaigns.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners to increase deal registrations and revenue outcomes.
Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams — including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering — to ensure alignment and support.
Track partner performance, prepare regular reports on KPIs, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Oversee partner contracts, compliance, and rewards programs to ensure adherence and satisfaction.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine channel strategy.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in channel, partner, or B2B sales management (preferably in technology or cybersecurity).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to create and implement partner growth plans.
Proficiency in CRM and channel management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Sales certification in information security solutions is a plus.
