Partner Channel Manager

Are you a relationship-driven professional who thrives in building strategic partnerships and expanding business networks? Our client is seeking a highly motivated Partner Channel Manager to develop, manage, and grow a network of partners that bring our cybersecurity and technology solutions to new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of channel partners, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators, Solution Distributors, and Telcos.
  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
  • Assess partner potential and ensure opportunities are maximized to achieve sales and market penetration objectives.
  • Design and implement partner enablement programs, including training, incentives, and go to-market campaigns.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners to increase deal registrations and revenue outcomes.
  • Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams — including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering — to ensure alignment and support.
  • Track partner performance, prepare regular reports on KPIs, and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee partner contracts, compliance, and rewards programs to ensure adherence and satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine channel strategy.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in channel, partner, or B2B sales management (preferably in technology or cybersecurity).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to create and implement partner growth plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM and channel management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Sales certification in information security solutions is a plus.
