The Senior Executive – Finance will play an important role in strengthening CTX’s financial foundation, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and strategic decision-making to support sustainable growth. This role goes beyond numbers — it supports leadership with insights, controls risk and enables confident business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and cash flow management
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Track financial performance against business plans and highlight risks and opportunities
Provide actionable insights to support pricing, cost control, and profitability
Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements
Optimize collections, credit control, and payment cycles — critical in logistics operations
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation and financial records
Work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support commercial decisions
Support management with financial models, cost structures, and ROI analysis
Support implementation or optimization of accounting / ERP systems as CTX grows
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) preferred
5–7 years of progressive experience in finance roles
Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transport, or trading businesses will be a strong advantage
Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a strategic mindset
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a growing business environment
Strong integrity, ownership, and accountability
Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance is a plus.
