Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Ensure efficient coordination and customer support for all ocean freight consolidations by managing bookings, documentation, and partner communications with accuracy and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process LCL/FCL bookings and confirm space with carriers and agents.
  2. Prepare HBL/MBL documentation and verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Coordinate with warehouse, port, and operations teams for container movements.
  4. Provide real-time shipment visibility and updates to partners.
  5. Handle rate inquiries, billing coordination, and service-related issues.
  6. Update DSR by ensuring timely data entry and accuracy.
  7. Maintain positive relationships with forwarding partners and internal teams.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sea freight customer service or documentation.
  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and service oriented.
